Garofalo on republican self-loathing.

Published by webdemon at 2:04 am under Uncategorized Edit This

“Any female or person of color, in the republican party is suffering from Stockholm syndrome.”

She actually mentioned Mike Steele and said that he was suffering from Stockholm syndrome.  He’s Black, and He happens to be the leader of the RNC.  His ideas and ideologies follow the republican philosophy.  That’s not Stockholm syndrome.  He lives the values that he believes in.

This is the problem with liberal racism.  See, to the mainstream, liberal racism if fine, but if you are one of those “Evil conservatives” and you say anything that might be misrepresented as racism we will find you and expose your bigotry.  But if you are a liberal, and you rip on Black conservative no matter how hanus the display, that’s fine, because you need to teach them the “Error of their ways.”  We need to explain to black people that if they vote for a republican, they are stupid, and if they vote for a democrat they are smart.

The problem with this theory is that racism is racism is racism.  Mike Steele Ran for Governor of Maryland, and at the rallies, liberals crashed them and threw Oreo cookies at him.  There is no shame in the racism shown to African Americans that are members of the republican party.

Blacks in the republican party simply believe that the way to get kids out of the ghetto is to educate, and motivate them to be better, and live better through accomplishment, and self reliance.  The democrats on the other hand need those kids in the ghetto, poor and uneducated, so that they can blame republicans and promise a better life through government hand outs.

I firmly believe that you better black communities by giving people opportunity, not by letting them “Eat cake.”  And So does Mike.

Sorry man I’m going to have to ask you to not call names. I simply compare the two philosophies and give my opinions. I happen to be libertarian, and simply vote for the guy that best reflects my views. I would never say that voting for a democrat is stupid, because there may be a democrat out there that’s a blue dog, and represents my philosophy.
we can have a discussion, debate the issues, and agree to disagree, but am asking politely that you don’t call names. It does no one any good. Thank you for your comment though.
