Nancy did know that the CIA was using waterboarding for interigations.

2007 WaPo report, ABC today, Porter Goss’s op-ed  all report that Nancy Pelosi did, in fact, know that the water boarding would occur to extract information from suspected and confirmed terrorists being held for interigation.  This comes just weeks after she denied those facts viamently.
