Sarah Palin declares 1.25 million for new book.

Published by webdemon at 7:34 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Why is this a story?

I mean really folks are we that fickle?  The wealth envy crowd is all over this story.  The swamp had it at 11 million, and MSNBC was all over the story with a possible 7 million dollars.  The fact that it was a paltry 1.25 million should make them happy.  But NO, the story is that the “Witch from Wasilla” made 1.25 million dollars for her hard earned work, and a story that people may actually be interested in… That bitch!

Look, I like Sarah, and I might just be inclined to buy her book, because I, myself, am interested in what she has to write.  That means that she will make money off of my curiosity.  I do not begrudge her the money that she will make off of her literary work.  Do we go after Stephen King every time he makes a buck off of his books?  Think about that while you are being bombarded by flashbacks, and especially when you get to the crappy ending that leaves you unfulfilled. What about Nancy Grace’s new book?  was there an outcry for her possibly making money off it?  No.

If this was Joy Bahar the left would be flocking to buy it.  The same goes for Keith Olberman, Bill Mahre, and the rest of the lefist idols.  Barbara Wawa wrote a book, and she went where the audience was…  Fox News.  And, I guarantee that she was  fronted way more than 1.25 million for her story. Laura and George Bush both made millions, Hillary made 8, Bill made 15, and I am pretty sure that Newt has them all beat with all of his literary ventures (Which, by the way, are good reads).

The fact that the left is obsessing about this is just a little funny.  Can we please get past the wealth envy, and the class warfare?  There are people out there that make more money than you…  DEAL WITH IT!
